Baby Gets Rash On Face After Crying. If the reaction involves respiratory symptoms drooling or vomiting please see acute care right away. It looks very bad but usually doesnt bother the child at all and genera. The spots are flat and dont itch or blanch turn pale when you press them. Causes can include eczema acne and infection.
The symptoms of colic include crying for 3 or more hours for more than 3 days a week for several weeks. This sometimes breaks small blood vessels and leaves petechiae or blood spots. My ds when an infant always got a red blotchy rash all over the forehead and face when he cried. It looks very bad but usually doesnt bother the child at all and genera. Rash after crying excessively the next morning i found on my face which was red ithy dry scars where ever my tears rolled on my face i observed this scars later it turned dark ithy. If thats what it is theres probably not a lot you can do about it.
My youngest daughter gets them slightly but no where near as badly as my son.
The spots on her face are red and close together and her eyebrows turns very red. The rashsplotchness is not raised but covers his whole face. It might just be his response mechanism. Sorry i fnot much help. My DD has had a slowly developing rash that started on her face and has progressed to her chest back of the neck and head. It is extremely common for 4-5 week old babies to get a rash on their faces.
